Peppermint Whip

Ingredients

  • 2  candy canes
  • 2  cups  cream, whipped

Directions

  1. Pulverize candy canes in a spice grinder or coffee mill.
  2. Whip cream till soft peaks appear.
  3. Gently fold peppermint powder into cream.
  4. Use to decorate desserts or coffee.
