Peppermint Bark

Ingredients
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 2 drops green food coloring
Directions
- Line cookie sheet with waxed paper.
- Melt milk chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds at a time until melted. Be sure to stir every 30 seconds.
- Once smooth, spread onto waxed paper evenly to 1/4 inch thick.
- Melt white chocolate chips and oil in the same fashion stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Add peppermint extract and food coloring and stir.
- Pour over milk chocolate layer.
- Use a toothpick to swirl the milk chocolate through top layer as desired.
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Remove from paper and bread apart.
