Peppered Steak

Ingredients
- 2 -3 lbs flank steaks
- 2 cups barbecue sauce (or beef brisket sauce)
- 2 (10 1/2ounce) cans tomato sauce
- orange bell pepper, sliced
- yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 sliced onion
Directions
- salt and pepper steak and brown both sides in a skillet.
- Place peppers and onions on both sides of steak.
- Mix sauces and pour over top.
- Simmer on medium low heat for 2-3 hours.
