Peppered Goat Cheese

Love the spicy flavor of cracked black pepper -- this makes a great appetizer served on crackers.

Ingredients

• 1 (10 ounce) package  goat cheese
• 1 -2  teaspoon cracked black pepper (or your choice)

Directions

1. Roll goat cheese in pepper to coat. Place cheese on a small serving plate. Serve cheese with French baguette slices or crackers.
