  1. Coat both sides of chicken with pepper.
  2. Heat oil in skillet.
  3. Cook chicken in oil about 20 minutes, turning once.
  4. Cook until juice is no longer pink when centers are cut.
  5. Mix honey and butter.
  6. Top hot chicken with honey/butter mixture.
