Ingredients
- 1 1⁄8 cups water
- 6 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 4 jalapeno peppers, cut into chunks
Directions
- bring to a boil in a saucepan water, cayenne, vinegar and salt.
- add jalapenos allow to boil for 10 more seconds and remove from heat.
- refrigerate covered for 12 hours and enjoy.
