Pepper Steak

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
- 2 lbs of cubed steak
- 2⁄3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 sliced sliced green red and yellow peppers
- salt and pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon red pepper
Directions
- cook the steak through til done, add soy sauce and corn starch til its a little thick may need to add water, add seasonings to taste, cook a lil more add peppers and mix -- enjoy over fried or steamed rice.
