Pepper Nachos

Ingredients
- 6 cups tortilla chips or 6 cups nacho chips
- 2 cups grated monterey jack cheese or 2 cups mild cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2-3⁄4 cup bick's hot pepper relish
- sour cream
- salsa
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place tortilla chips in single layer on large baking pan or cookie sheet with sides. Sprinkle cheese over chips and scatter small spoonfuls of relish on top.
- Bake in preheated oven, 7 minutes or until hot. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
- NOTE: For an extra spicy dip, mix equal parts sour cream and Bick's Hot Pepper Relish.
