Pepper Jelly

Serves: 10-12
Yields: 10-12 jars
Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup hot pepper
- 6 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups cider vinegar
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle liquid pectin
- paraffin wax
- red food coloring
Directions
- Tie pepper in cloth and cook with other ingrediants.
- Mix and boil 4 minute.
- Remove from heat and let set 5 minute.
- Put in jelly jars or pt. jars, seal and cover with melted paraffin.
- Be sure too add food coloring.
