Pepper Jelly

A yummy jelly with a spicy taste :)

Ready In: 10 mins

Serves: 10-12

Yields: 10-12 jars

Ingredients

  • 14 cup  hot pepper
  • 6 12 cups sugar
  • 1 12 cups cider vinegar
  • 1 (8 ounce) bottle  liquid pectin
  •  paraffin wax
  •  red food coloring

Directions

  1. Tie pepper in cloth and cook with other ingrediants.
  2. Mix and boil 4 minute.
  3. Remove from heat and let set 5 minute.
  4. Put in jelly jars or pt. jars, seal and cover with melted paraffin.
  5. Be sure too add food coloring.
