Penny's French Dressing

Why pay all that money for a bottle of red french dressing when i have the recipe...It's smooth and tastes the same..but i save money. Show more

Serves: 12-16

Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 13 cup sugar
  • 14 cup vinegar
  • 12 cup  vegetable oil
  • 12 cup  fine chopped onion (dehydrate work well too)
  • 12 cup ketchup
  • 1  teaspoon salt
  • 1  pinch pepper
  • 1  teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a jar(make sure you have a little mixing room about 3 inches, seal lid tight and shake well. Its done. chill for best results, mixture will thicken in refrigerator. Shake well before using, enjoy. In my house i double sometime triple the recipe. It last long in refrigerator.
