Ingredients
- 3 hot dogs, sliced thin
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1⁄3 cup evaporated milk
- butter
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except butter. Shape into 6 patties about 1 inch thick; spread both sides of the patties with the butter.
- Broil over hot coals, turning once, about 13 to 15 minutes total cooking time. Serve in toasted bun. Pass Ketchup, mustard, and hamburger and hot dog relish. You can toast buns over the grill the last 4 minutes. These can be made in a george foreman grill in about half the time or on the stove in a pan for the 13-15 minute.
