Penne with Tomato Herb Cream Sauce

This is a favourite recipe that I found years ago in our local newspaper.

Directions

  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil.
  2. Add tomatoes, sugar, basil, oregano, salt.
  3. Bring to a boil, then simmer 20-25 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cook pasta.
  5. Stir cream into sauce and heat through.
