Penne With Sauteed Artichokes, Green Beans, and Parmesan Cheese

One of my husbands favorites. Just posting it here for safe-keeping.

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Cook the garlic in olive oil in a saute pan over medium heat until garlic turns slightly yellow.
  3. Add artichokes and green beans and saute for 3 minutes.
  4. Pour in white wine and continue cooking until liquid in reduced by three fourths.
  5. Add broth and reduce liquid by half. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan.
  6. Toss pasta with sauce mixture and serve.
