Ingredients

• Salad

• 1  cup mango, peeled and julienned
• 1  tablespoon  vietnamese basil, minced
• 1  teaspoon shallot, minced
• 1⁄2 cup green apple, julienned

• Dressing

• 1  teaspoon fresh black pepper
• 2  tablespoons honey
• 4  tablespoons lime juice
•  zest from 1 lime
• 1⁄2 teaspoon fish sauce
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Mix to combine dressing.
2. Toss the salad ingredients together along with 2-3 tbsp of dressing. Serve immediately.
