Pecan Topped Sweet Potato Casserole

When I make this, I automatically make two pans, because everyone wants to take some home!

Yields: 1 1/2 quarts

Ingredients

  • Casserole

  • 3  mashed  cooked sweet potatoes
  • 1  cup sugar
  • 12 cup  melted butter
  • 2  well beaten eggs
  • 1  teaspoon vanilla
  • 13 cup milk
  • Topping

  • 12 cup  packed brown sugar
  • 14 cup flour
  • 2 12 tablespoons  melted butter
  • 12 cup  chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Combine all casserole ingredients and put in a 2 quart casserole. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Banke at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
