Pecan Tart

Ingredients
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1 cup toffee pieces
- 1 egg
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- 2 cups unbleached flour
- 1⁄2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Prepare crust in food processor using the pulse method until dough forms a ball. Roll between 2 sheets of plastic. Transfer to tart pan or press directly into fluted tart pan. Prick with fork and bake at 400 degrees until light golden brown.
- Pour pecan mixture in hot tart shell. Reduce temp to 350 degrees and bake until dark brown and bubbly.
- Cool, remove from tart pan and serve.
