Pecan Praline Nibbles

The first time I ever went to visit my friend Alan's family, his mom had made pralines. She is from Louisiana and made the best pralines! One night, I got hungry for them and did a quick search and found this OH SO EASY recipe!

• Yields: 1 batch

Ingredients

• 2  cups pecans (whole or coarsely chopped)
• 4  tablespoons heavy cream
• 1⁄2 cup brown sugar

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray a 9x9 pan.
3. Stir together all ingredients and pour into the pan.
4. Bake 20 minutes, stirring once while baking. When the time is over, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Stir again and cool completely.
5. Store in an airtight container.
