Pecan Pimento Blue Cheese Ball

This is my favorite cheese ball recipe. A close family friend made it every year at the holidays and she always made me one on my birthday. She passed away a few years ago and I took over the tradition. I am unsure of where the recipe came from - but I would guess that it once appeared on the lable of the pimento cheese used in the recipe. It is so easy to make and is really yummy! Show more
