Pecan Pie

Ingredients
Base
- 2 2⁄3 cups flour
- 200 g margarine
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons cold water
Filling
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups pecans
Directions
- Mix base ingredients and press into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees C.
- While it is cooking, mix the ingredients for the filling.
- Pour filling into base and bake for a further 30-45 minutes.
