Pecan Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sour cream, light
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam.
- In large bowl, cream butter until fluffy.
- Add sour cream.
- Beat in sugar.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Add 1 cup flour and stir.
- Add 1 cup flour along with salt and baking powder and stir.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan.
- Combine brown sugar, chopped pecans and cinnamon.
- Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle over cake batter.
- Bake 30-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
