Pecan Coffee Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam.
  3. In large bowl, cream butter until fluffy.
  4. Add sour cream.
  5. Beat in sugar.
  6. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  7. Stir in vanilla.
  8. Add 1 cup flour and stir.
  9. Add 1 cup flour along with salt and baking powder and stir.
  10. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
  11. Combine brown sugar, chopped pecans and cinnamon.
  12. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
  13. Sprinkle over cake batter.
  14. Bake 30-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
