Pecan Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup pecans, ground
- 1⁄4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 8 (5 ounce) chicken breasts, boneless skinless
- 1⁄3 cup butter
- 1⁄4 cup pecans, coarsley chopped
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients.
- Mix together egg and buttermilk.
- Dip breasts in egg mixture and then coat well in flour mixture.
- Melt butter in baking dish. Place chicken in dish, turning once to coat with butter.
- Sprinkle with coarsley chopped pecans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
