Pecan Chicken

Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1⁄3 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
MAPLE-DIJON SAUCE
- 1⁄4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Directions
- In a shallow bowl, combine the pecans, bread crumbs, thyme, paprika and salt. Coat chicken with mustard, then with pecan mixture. Place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 30-35 minutes or until juices run clear. Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl; serve with chicken.
