Peasant Bread

This is a good low sugar low fat bread. Makes great French toast. Found this recipe years ago it is for a bread machine but we like it better just using the dough cycle the baking for 30 minutes at 3550 after it has risen.

Ingredients

• 3  cups bread flour
• 1  cup warm water
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
• 1  teaspoon sugar
• 3  teaspoons  yeast

Directions

1. Add ingredients in the usual order for a bread machine using the dough cycle. Let rise and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
