Peas on Its French (Petits Pois a La Francaise)

Ingredients

  • 3  tablespoons  peanut oil
  • 2  cups  tiny fresh  pea pods (can sub 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas)
  • 14 cup  chopped onion
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 3  large lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. Heat peanut oil in a skillet.
  2. Add peas, onions, salt and pepper; cover and cook over medium heat 10-15 minutes.
  3. Add lettuce.
