Pear-Strawberry Pie

Directions

  1. Drain pears and strawberries, reserving syrups.
  2. Slice pears; arrange in cooled baked pastry shell with berries.
  3. Measure reserved strawberry syrup; add pear syrup to equal 1 cup liquid.
  4. In saucepan, stir syrup mixture into cornstarch; add jelly.
  5. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly; spoon over fruit.
  6. Chill.
  7. Top with Whipped Cream.
