Pear Salad Bae Saeng Chae

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 lb carrot (100g)
- 1 cucumber
- 3 leaves cabbage or 3 leaves lettuce
- 1 celery rib
- 1⁄2 pear
- 5 -6 green onions
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Dressing
- 1⁄2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Cut the first 6 ingredients into fine strips 1 3/4 inch long. Combine with dressing and sesame seeds.
