Pear & Gorgonzola Salad

Ingredients
- 1 head butter lettuce
- 2 ripe pears, chopped
- 1 (2 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1⁄4 cup raisins
- pine nuts or slivered almonds, if desired
- 2 ounces gorgonzola
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey (or less)
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 -5 drops fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Wash, dry and tear lettuce.
- If it's tiny, use two.
- Place in bowl with pears, oranges, raisins& pine nuts.
- Top with crumbled gorgonzola.
- Cover& refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Mix mustard w/ honey, add mayo& lemon juice.
- Dress and toss salad just before serving.
