Pear Cake

Ingredients
- 4 pears, overripe peeled and chopped
- 1⁄4 cup coconut flour
- 1⁄4 cup tapioca starch
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Mix together all dry ingredients.
- Add pears and stir.
- Fold in eggs until evenly mixed.
- Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until skewer comes out clean.
