Pear Cabbage Slaw

A salad served with fish. A Roma tomato and minced onion are used in the slaw. Quick to prepare and a minimal amount of dressing is used since the chopped pear is juicy. The dressing in this recipe brings the flavors together. .Note: I serve a dish of fresh pomegranate seeds to be passed if guests want a satisfying crunch and color to their salad. Show more
