  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a mixing bowl.
  3. Cut in butter until mixture begins to hold together.
  4. Mix in oats and almonds.
  5. Toss together remaining ingredients in a 9-inch pie plate.
  6. Sprinkle evenly with almond mixture.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
