Pear and Red Grape Salad With Lemon Honey Dressing

Ingredients
- 3 cups torn spinach leaves
- 1 medium pear, sliced
- 1 cup red seedless grapes
- 1⁄2 cup sliced celery
- 1⁄4 cup pecan pieces
- 1⁄2 cup lemon, honey dressing
Directions
- Place spinach leaves on a large platter, arrange pear, grapes, celery and pecans decoratively on top. Drizzle with 1/2 of the dressing. Serve with remaining dressing.
- Lemon Honey Dressing; 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 tablespoons oil (I use avocado) and 2 tablespoons honey. In a container with a lid , combine all dressing ingredients and shake well. Cover and refrigerate to blend flavors. Store in fridge. Makes 1/2 cup.
