Peanut Sesame Noodles

Loosely based off of an Alton Brown recipe, I have changed it quite a bit, and now its even better!

  1. Boil noodles until done in water with 2 tablespoons soy sauce instead of salt. Drain and chill. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a sauce pot and simmer until thickened, 5 to 10 minutes. Toss with noodles and chill until time to serve or enjoy warm.
