Peanut Sauce

To spice up the kid friendly sauce just add red pepper flakes or a few drops of chili oil

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
• 1⁄2 cup vegetable broth
• 1⁄4 cup  orange juice
• 1  tablespoon tamari or 1  tablespoon soy sauce
• 1  tablespoon brown sugar or 1  tablespoon molasses
• 1  teaspoon  sesame oil

Directions

1. Whisk together ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until peanut butter has melted and sauce is smooth.
