Peanut Salad Dressing

My loverman wanted some peanut dressing for his salad one day and this is what we came up with.

• Yields: 1 dressing

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup crunchy peanut butter
• 3  tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 1  tablespoon  balsamic vinegar
• 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1  tablespoon water

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together and pour over salad.
