Peanut Hoisin Dip

Ingredients
- 1 scallion
- 1⁄2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Directions
- In a food processor, coarsley chop scallion.
- Add peanut butter, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice and tabasco.
- Process untill smooth.
- This sauce keeps well, covered and refrigerated , for 2 weeks.
