Peanut Dressing

Yields: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 1⁄2 cup canola oil
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 1 pinch fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- Whisk togetehr vinegar, peanut butter soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, canola oil and red pepper.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Pour over salad or cold cooked whole wheat noodles.
- Add veggies of your choice.
- I like edamame, snow peas, shredded carrots, broccoli slaw.
