Yields: 2 cookies

Ingredients

  • 1  cup peanut butter
  • 48  Ritz crackers
  • 16  ounces  chocolate almond bark

Directions

  1. Spread peanut butter on Ritz cracker; sandwich with second cracker.
  2. Melt chocolate as directed.
  3. Dip sandwiches in chocolate. Cool on wax paper.
