Peanut Butter Sundae Sauce for 2

Yummy! You can use creamy or chunky peanut butter. Depending on your peanut butter you may need more or less water and honey. Some PB is thicker and sweeter.

Ingredients

• 2 1⁄2 tablespoons peanut butter
• 1⁄2-1  teaspoon honey, to taste
• 1 -2  tablespoon water

Directions

1. Put peanut butter in microwaveable dish.
2. Add 1/2 t. honey and 1 T. water.
3. Mix well and if too thick add more water.
4. If not sweet enough add more honey.
5. Heat in microwave 10-20 seconds, stir and serve over vanilla ice cream. Good over choclote chip too.
