Peanut Butter Sheet Cake

Ingredients
Cake
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
Frosting
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 cups powdered sugar
Directions
- Cake: Combine peanut butter, margarine, and water in a saucepan. Bring to boil and remove from heat.
- Add eggs and buttermilk, stir in flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Pour into a greased 11x 18 cookie sheet. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
- Frosting: Combine margarine, peanut butter, and buttermilk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add vanilla and sugar. Frost cake while still warm.
