Peanut Butter Sauce

  1. Heat oil in saucepan.
  2. Add onion and green pepper and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except peanut butter.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Then stir in peanut butter.
  6. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until fairly thick, stirring occasionally.
  7. Makes 3 cups, or enough for 1 pound spaghetti.
  8. Note: Serve this on hot cooked spaghetti with a sprinkling of chopped parsley.
