Peanut Butter Sandwich Chippers

I got this recipe out of a Pillsbury Holiday Recipes booklet that was free at the grocery store. I made these to take to dinner at a friend's house and everyone gobbled them up. They're super easy and delicious. Hope you enjoy!

• Yields: 12 sandwich cookies

Ingredients

• 1 (16 ounce) package  pillsbury ready to bake  cookie dough, 24 count
• 1⁄2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 2  tablespoons honey

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place cookie dough rounds on an ungreased cookie sheet.
2. Bake according to package directions. Cool 1 minutes; remove from cookie sheet. Cool completely, about 10 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix peanut butter and honey until well blended.
4. For each sandwich cookie, spread about 1 rounded teaspoon of peanut butter mixture between two cooled cookies.
