Peanut Butter Protein Snack Balls

Great for a quick high protein pick-me-up. Also good with Chocolate protein powder. This came from Obesity Help. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Show more

Serves: 4-5

Ingredients

  • 1  cup  smooth peanut butter
  • 1  cup  quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1  cup  vanilla protein powder
  • 34 cup honey (can use sugar free honey)

Directions

  1. Mix all together and form into balls about the size of a walnut.
  2. Keep refrigerated.
