Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄4 cup evaporated milk
- 1⁄3 cup peanuts, chopped
- 1 1⁄2 cups whipped topping or 1 1⁄2 cups equivalent amount whipped cream
Directions
- Whip cream cheese until fluffy.
- Beat in the sugar and the peanut butter.
- Slowly beat in the milk.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust and top with the whipped topping or whipped cream, then sprinkle the chopped peanuts over.
- Refrigerate until firm, then serve.
