  1. Whip cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter.
  2. Slowly beat in milk.
  3. Fold in whipped cream.
  4. Pour filling into pie shell.
  5. Sprinkle peanuts over top.
  6. Freeze until firm.
