Peanut Butter Pie

Yields: 1 9 inch pie
Ingredients
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1⁄4 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 9 ounces whipped cream
- 9 inches graham cracker crust
- 1⁄4 cup chopped peanuts
Directions
- Whip cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter.
- Slowly beat in milk.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Pour filling into pie shell.
- Sprinkle peanuts over top.
- Freeze until firm.
