Peanut Butter Pie

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1⁄3 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 1 graham cracker crust (or cookie pie crust)
- hot fudge
Directions
- Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar with mixer until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter and milk, beat until smooth.
- Fold in 8 ounces cool whip.
- Place in prepared pie shell. Freeze for 2+ hours.
- Take it out of the freezer and cut and serve immediately, drizzle on a little hot chocolate. Enjoy.
