Peanut Butter Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 cups pancake mix
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2⁄3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Heat griddle and prepare with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine pancake mix and sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs and peanut butter. Gradually whisk in milk, water and vanilla.
- Combine the peanut butter mixture and pancake mixture.
- Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake on hot griddle.
- Cook 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
