Peanut Butter Kisses

Yields: 36 cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 1/2ounce)  refrigerated  peanut butter cookies
  • 3  tablespoons sugar
  • 36  Hershey chocolate kisses, unwrapped

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar. On ungreased cookie sheets, place balls 2 inches apart.
  2. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately top each cookie with 1 kiss, pressing down firmly on cookie. Remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack. Cook completely.
