Peanut Butter Icing

This is (bar none) the best peanut butter icing I have ever eaten. Wonderful on peanut butter cookies, chocolate cake, graham crackers and many other uses.

• Yields: 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
• 2  tablespoons honey
• 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
• 2 -4  tablespoons  light cream
• 2 1⁄2 cups  sifted powdered sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1. Cream peanut butter and honey.
2. Add salt and blend.
3. Add cream and sugar alternately, a little at a time, until used up.
4. Add vanilla; mix until smooth.
5. Will frost two (8 or 9-inch) layers.
