Peanut Butter Gravel Balls

- In a small bowl, microwave peanut butter and honey together until peanut butter melts (10 seconds at a time is best since microwaves differ).
- Add vanilla to peanut butter and honey mixture and stir until combined.
- In a large bowl, combine grape nuts, oatmeal, and dates.
- Stir in peanut butter mixture until well mixed (this will be difficult but worth it!)
- Using wet hands, form into 1" - 1 1/2" balls.
- Place balls in a plastic bag or bowl and refrigerate 1-2 hours until firm.
