Peanut Butter Fudge

This is a Christmas tradition at my house.

Yields: 64 1 inch squares

  1. Combine first four ingredients in heavy pot and bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Stir for 9 minutes on a low boil and scrape sides of pot frequently. Remove from heat, dip bottom of pot in cold water for a few seconds then add peanut butter and marshmallow creme. Stir until marshmallow is incorporated and fudge is consistent color. Pour into 8x8 foiled, buttered pan. Cool before cutting.
