Peanut Butter Fudge

Yields: 64 1 inch squares
Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 5 ounces marshmallow creme
- 1 1⁄4 cups peanut butter (plain or crunchy)
Directions
- Combine first four ingredients in heavy pot and bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Stir for 9 minutes on a low boil and scrape sides of pot frequently. Remove from heat, dip bottom of pot in cold water for a few seconds then add peanut butter and marshmallow creme. Stir until marshmallow is incorporated and fudge is consistent color. Pour into 8x8 foiled, buttered pan. Cool before cutting.
